If you subscribe for drop notifications, we collect the email address you provide. If you place an order, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — we receive your order and shipping details, but your full card number is processed and stored by Stripe, not by us.
We use this information to fulfill and ship your order, send tracking and order updates, send drop notifications if you've subscribed, and to answer questions you send us.
We share order details with the fulfillment partners who ship your items, and payment details with Stripe, our payment processor. Drop notification signups are handled through Google Forms. Each of these services has its own privacy practices governing the data they process.
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser and is never sent to our servers until you check out.
You can unsubscribe from drop notifications at any time. To ask a question about your data or request it be deleted, contact us at 903-718-9168.
